What if I cannot load an item in my cart?
If an item will not load in your cart, it most likely is an out of stock item. Feel free to email us if you would like to know when we might have a re-stock.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on Final Sale, Sale or Special Order items. All other items will be exchanged only. We will do our best to work with you and if you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact us prior to purchase. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns are only allowed with prior authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us by e-mail for a return authorization number or for questions. Items returned without authorization will be refused. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt. All sales become final 7 days after your have received your item(s).
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and must have either a USPS tracking number or shipped via USPS. Please ask questions prior to ordering via email. We will issue you a store credit only and shipping fees and insurance fees are non refundable.
Returns must be completed 7 days within receipt of the item. Please contact me prior to any return.
How do you ship?
We ship primarily via USPS (Priority Mail) because they provide a tracking number and products usually arrive to you in 2-3 days. Our website automatically charges a flat rate per item but occasionally it charges more than it costs to ship. In those cases, we refund the difference. In addition, if the cost of shipping is more than $1.00 difference, we will charge the extra amount to your cc or pp account. Sorry, we aren't Amazon so cannot offer free shipping except on purchases of $100 or more! If you need us to ship via UPS we can do that but typically it is more expensive.
Can I custom order items?
Yes, we are happy to take a custom order. Be aware, however, that we must incur a small up-charge of $10. on each item due to the varying cost of fabrics, cost of hand-sewing one item, etc. Since we sew small quantities of our most popular items, we encourage you to order when we have new stock as our products do turn over quickly. Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks. Contact me via email for more details.
Do you offer coupons? Occasionally we offer a one time coupon.

Our pricing reflects HANDMADE, designer level clothing made with quality linen that generally costs $9.-$10. per yard (wholesale). We try to purchase fabric when it is on sale but if you custom order an item, the fabric may or may not be on sale so we are forced to charge an additional $10. for custom orders. Each article of clothing is individually made and pre-washed prior to shipping to you. You are purchasing clothing Made in the USA and supporting small business when you purchase from us.
