Cotton Ticking Tunic Dress - 3/4 Sleeve, Empire Waist, Eyelet Lace - Made in USA

The "Penelope" dress is made in black/white cotton ticking and is a loose fitting tunic dress (or full length on shorter ladies) with an empire waist, tie at the neck and 3/4 sleeves and side pockets.
